My fiance thought this was the best pasta he'd ever had. I had the wild boar which was AH-MAZING! I didn't see it on the menu posted online, but I hope they have it next time we visit (next week!). Everything about this dining experience was top-notch. And I'm so happy they added some baffles to lessen the noise.
My husband is a bit of a Cacio e Pepe connoisseur, and when we both tried this, we loved it. The texture was nice and creamy, and the portion was perfect. Loved their personal touch at the end of our meal too. So excited something new and good opened up in Laguna! Will definitely be coming back.
